This hotel is great, and provides everything I need, from the free wi-fi in rooms to the spa & wellness center and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with local delivery recommendations on my first stay. I'm coming back for Xmas!

The house cat is unique!
A little far from the centre of CAEN.

What an absolute disappointment! The spa was dark and smelly, definitely not the 5-star experience advertised. I almost thought i could overlook the rude service, but they really seemed to care more about restaurant patrons. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for all this inconvenience, but no one cared enough. So generous of them.

Breakfast and restaurant top. Service very friendly.
The equipment and the location do not correspond in any way to a 5 star accommodation.

The Michelin-star rated restaurant was a wonderful dining experience.
Unfortunately, the entrance to the hotel was tricky to find. We missed it on our first try, frustrating after a long journey. The room felt quite dark and could use some brighter decor to enhance the atmosphere. While the bed was comfortable, the overall experience left me wishing for a bit more warmth and charm.

The breakfasts were nice hot with yogurt, jam, pastries and the staff were nice, did not rush us. This hotel was located in a central area really close to autoroute to end & roundabout, and the city centre or memorial...

The hotel is new ( 3 weeks) and linked to restaurant on high level. Perfect room no noise during the night. Breakfast perfect but be aware not included. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday

The rooms are spacious and the private car park ideal.
